Our client is a company specializing in industrial cleaning with more than 10 years of experience. She now wants to increase her turnover compared to previous years.
In order to best meet our client's expectations, we have taken into account the current context, trends and emerging opportunities in order to stay one step ahead of its competitors in the industrial cleaning sector.
We are currently working on the implementation of several solutions in order to achieve the objectives set, in particular through greater visibility on the web and operational monitoring.
A WORK IN SEVERAL STAGES
The first step is to set up a "user-friendly" website providing an excellent user experience and allowing customers to book directly online according to the different slots available.
Then, we will put in place key performance indicators that will allow us to monitor productivity as well as the quality of the company's service.
